Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary from country to country. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 3/4 working days worldwide. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00. If your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed on the first following working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Sacchi Gioielli carries out shipments throughout Italy. The cost is €15 for orders of up to €300 in spending. Over €300 spent, shipping is free. Delivery is carried out, for the Italian territory, generally within 3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the deadline estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum deadline of 15 days from the date of confirmation.
As regards European Union countries, delivery will be made within 5 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of 20 days. The cost is €35 for orders of up to €500 in spending. Over €500 spent, shipping is free.
In non-EU territories, delivery will take place approximately within 7 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of 20 days. The cost is €50 for orders of up to €800 in spending. Over €800 spent, shipping is free. We ship outside the EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs costs are to be paid by the Customer.
