All purchases made on www.sacchigioielli.com can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in the art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Returned items must be new, undamaged. Note: The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.
The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Sacchi Gioielli are included in the categories of the art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
To request a return, simply send an email to info@sacchigioielli.com indicating in the subject the order number, customer name and the initials "Return".

Note: The return is the responsibility of the Customer.
Once we have received the items for which a return request has been made, we will verify that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications. We will then pay the sum paid for the purchase within 15 days of delivery, making the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase phase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.
If the Customer wishes to exchange an item purchased for another (model or size), he/she must make a specific request by sending an email to info@sacchigioielli.com. As soon as we have confirmed the availability of the new desired item, the Customer will be able to proceed with the return, at his own expense, of the originally purchased item to the address communicated via email. You can then proceed to purchase the new item on www.sacchigioielli.com. Once we have received the items for which an exchange request was made and verified the state of the product (which must be in its original condition - not ruined, not damaged), we will pay the sum paid for the purchase within 20 days of delivery. , excluding shipping costs, to the Customer's credit card, Paypal account or by bank transfer to the specific bank account indicated by the Customer.
