A LONG ROMAN PASSION SINCE 1946 JEWELRY ARTISANS

The SACCHI brand has been known in the Roman artistic jewelery sector since the mid-twentieth century when, in 1946, Agostino Sacchi founded the company, transforming part of what was his home in via della Palombella, a stone's throw from the Pantheon, in a real specialized goldsmith's workshop.

Among the first in Rome to use the "Lost Wax" processing technique to create jewellery, Agostino tried from the beginning to propose creations that were inspired by the jewelery of ancient Rome, reworking them in a modern way. Soon, due to its originality and professionalism, I became part of the Roman Goldsmith Excellence.

The sixties saw the Sacchi company establish itself as a point of reference for an increasingly large clientele through the production of strictly handcrafted jewellery, symbol of the nascent "Handmade in Italy". In the mid-seventies his son, Corrado, began to collaborate with Agostino, bringing innovative ideas into the company, and giving life to various lines of contemporary jewelery which would be offered in the new Boutique opened in those years in the same street as Palombella.

With the passing of Agostino in 1978, Corrado became his full successor and continuer of that artisan tradition that still identifies the activity today: innovating, experimenting with new forms, creating jewels projected into the future but, in essence, elaborated by comparing themselves with a past from which one cannot help but take inspiration. For some years, his sons Corrado, Andrea and Filippo have actively collaborated in the family business, now in its third generation.

With the Sacchi signature we want to authenticate a jewel, be it in gold or silver, associating it with words such as quality, refinement, value and guaranteeing the exclusive craftsmanship of "Made in Italy". Each jewel is a unique creation, entirely handmade by expert master craftsmen, in our goldsmith's workshop in the center of Rome.
