What are the costs and times for Shipments in Italy?

Sacchi Gioielli ships to all the Italian territory. The cost is 15€ for orders up to 300€ of spent. Shipping is free for orders over of spent 300€ . Delivery is carried out, for the Italian territory, generally within 3 working days, or, if not specified, within the deadline estimated at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of 15 days from confirmation date.

In the countries of the European Union the delivery will be made in 5  working days or within the maximum term of 20 days. The cost is 35€ for orders up to 500€ of spent. Shipping is free for orders over 500€ of spent.

In extra-EU territories delivery will take place within 7 working days or within the maximum term of 20 days. The cost is 50€ for orders up to 800€ of spent. Shipping is free for orders over 800€ of spent. We ship outside the EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Customs costs are to be hold by the user.


Which is the return policy?

All purchases made on can be returned within 7days from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Returned items must be new, not undamaged. Note: The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.

The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Sacchi Gioielli are included in the categories of the art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

After receiving the items for which the return was requested, we will verify that the product complies with the return conditions. We will then pay the amount paid for the purchase within 15 days from delivery, by making the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.
